Un piccolo aggiornamento: a parte inserire la frutta secca (e anche un po' di crema d'arachidi, fatta in casa), in questi giorni a pranzo sto provando a mangiare meno pasta (sui 70 massimo 80g invece che 100) aggiungendo però circa 115g di fagioli. I carboidrati non cambiano molto, ma in teoria le proteine dei fagioli completano quelle che assumo con la pasta. Faccio bene?
