Sono alto 1.85 e peso circa 82.5 kg quindi volevo sapere quanti grammi di proteine dovrei assumere al giorno dato che molti dicono 0.9 gr per chilo altri addirittura 2gr.. Grazie!
ciao! guarda di pareri ne troverai un'infinità.. cmq per un non sedentario penso puoi tener conto di partire da un 1,5 gr x kg o anche un 2 gr x kg (indicativamente) , magari in ipocalorica si tende ad alzare un pò la quota..
