Secondo voi ,una volta impostata una dieta che sia ipo o iper ,quanti giorni/settimane devono passare affinchè la si valuti se sia corretta ed eventualmente apportare delle modifiche ? Non credo che una persona ogni giorno si debba pesare per valutare se sta facendo progressi,qualunque regime abbia adottato ! Forse lo specchio è più sincero della bilancia ??
