Siccome le smagliature tolgono l'elasticità alla pelle chiedevo per questo, le arachidi se fatte 25g a spuntino e 25 pomeriggio quando non mi alleno vanno bene? L'olio di oliva l'ho aggiunto e il riso faccio 80 a pranzo e 80 a cena , la verdura la mangio a cena . cosi potrei inpostarla ?
no in realtà la questione dovrebbe essere la seguente: se la pelle è poco elastica allora è più facile che vengano le smagliature.
50 gr di arachidi al giorno sono troppe, io le toglierei completamente in favore di olio evo, noci, nocciole e mandorle. verdura sicuramente anche a pranzo, abbondandante.
