salve a tutti ragazzi, volevo dei consigli su cosa mangiare e cosa no, mi spiego meglio: vorrei che qlc mi dicesse un piano di alimentazione che non mi facesse accumulare troppi grassi nell'addome basso e nelle gambe. Non sono grasso sono alto 1 e 73 e peso 69/70 kg sn in peso fermo pero mi sento gonfio e non facendo piu palestra per motivi di lavoro sn sceso un po di addominali e altro. Quindi aspetto vostri consigli. grazie mille in anticipo
io faccio il militare e al moemnto mangio in mensa e mangio male, troppo male e a volte salto i pasti nn faccio colazione... per questo chiedo a voi.. cmq ho 21 anni
