Ragazzi ma solo a me 2600 kcal di TDEE in un soggetto di 57 kg mi sembrano errati? Io sto a poco più di 2800 e sono 90 kg. Con la formula (un po' alla buona) peso x 33 lui sta a 1800 kcal. Se in massa ne mangia 2800 mi diventa un elefante
mi alleno alle 19
verso le 17:30 mangio una mela, uno yogurt e una fetta biscottata
vorrei modificare, ke mi consigliate?
ke ne dite di una 40 gr di gallette di farro e una mela?
