salve ho usato il tasto cerca ma non ho trovato nulla, vorrei consigli su come gestire i pasti,cioè conviene cucinare per 2/3 giorni e porzionare in contenitori da portare anche a lavoro?se si che tipo di cibi si conservano per alcuni giorni?grazie anticipate.
Io al massimo cucinerei per il giorno stesso. Comunque qua possiamo consigliarti su come e cos amangiare. Come organizzarti o portare al lavoro il cibo direi che esula un po' dai fini di questa sezione.
