Salve volevo porre questo quesito che probabilmente è molto stupido... Se assumo molto cibo mettiamo 4000 calorie al giorno e riesco attraverso lavoro , aerobica e pesi a farmela diventare una normocalorica ottengo gli stessi risultati assumendo 2000 calorie ma facendo meno attività e risultando anch'essa normocalorica calorica?
spero di essermi spiegato bene......
