Salve a tutti, stamattina hanno regalato a mia madre dei fermenti lattici vivi quelli che si usano per fare lo yougurt dal latte, qualcuno sa dirmi i valori nutrizionali di questo futuro yogurt? E sostituibile allo yougurt greco?

Lo yogurt greco è fatto con un procedimento particolare che fa si' che abbia più proteine di un normale yogurt.
Lo yogurt fatto in casa ha gli stessi valori/100g del latte di partenza, quindi… latte intero=yogurt intero, latte parzialmente scremato=yogurt parzialmente scremato, latte scremato=yogurt magro.
