Più che altro nel post w.o si predilige assumere proteine a rapido assorbimento e zuccheri, per cui, il tuorlo, contenendo pure grassi, rallentano la digestione. fai latte, proteine più 2 fette biscottate o banana e un filo di miele o marmellata. Niente tuorli, piuttosto albumi
certo, mi son spiegata male. intendevo dire che solitamente i tuorli vengono utilizzati come fonte di grassi, che nel post wo sarebbe meglio evitare, come giustamente hai spiegato tu.
