ciao a tutti , ho un dubbio, io sono uscito ora dalla ipocalorica, e sto iniziando a stare in normocalorica.. la mia domanda è.. se il mio tdee attuale è di 2400 calorie, devo starci sempre anche nei giorni off oppure come sto facendo ora, solo nei giorni on? per far capire meglio.. ora nei giorni on sto sulle 2400, mentre nei giorni off sto a circa 2200.. va bene o devo sempre stare sulle 2400?? grazie
