Ok grazie. Il motivo della domanda era che vorrei acquistare delle barrette della Labrada che contengono 10g di glicerolo, solo che non sapevo se conteggiarli col totale dei 30g di carboidrati pro die oppure no. Quindi secondo voi li lascio fuori?
Non consumarne troppo, il glicerolo può essere convertito in glucosio dal fegato, anche se le quantità superano (di molto IMO) le quantità di 1-2 barrette. Tranqui.
