ragazzi, per pre wo 90' prima prendo una fonte di pro magre ( petto di pollo o bresaola), e una fonte di cho a basso ig tipo del pan bauletto o pane normale e un frutto. e 30' prima prendo un caffè amaro. puo' andare?
