Son a dieta da 2 mesi ho perso 7 kg faccio una dieta ipocalorica da 1200 kcal associata a un termogenico thermostack plus 1 capsula la mattina adesso sono 2 settimane che scendo di 200 gr a settimana al incirca, facendo attività fisica 4 volte a settimana mangiando sempre uguale essendo un neofita e' normale o devo modificare qualcosa nella dieta o smettere con il termogenico dispensate consigli
