Salve ho un dubbio ho da poco iniziaro una dieta su misura per mettere su massa e volevo sostituire il riso bianco con uno integrale però guardando i valori nutrizionali rispetto a il precedente bianco ha 7gr di cho in meno e 3 gr di grassi in piú ne vale la pena ? .-. Perchè lo osannanp così tanto ?
