Salve a tutti, sono nuovo nel Forum! Voglio chiedere solo una semplice domanda: come mai dopo un pesante workout quando a cena mangio la pizza (bresaola e grana, o wustel e salame piccante) il giorno dopo mi sveglio sempre grosso come una casa??
Beh tra stimolo allenante della settimana, carboidrati a palla, sodio a paletta, presumibilmente litrate di liquidi...mi pare anche giusto volumizzarsi non poco :-D
