Ciao a tutti.. Vorrei con il vostro aiuto preparare una nuova dieta che mi permetta di perdere intorno a 5-6 kg in 3 mesi. I DATI:

78.8kg
bf: 15%
TDEE: 2400 ckal
Vado a sgocciolare il tonno e aggiungo io 1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine. Tra l'altro il mio tonno è della Nostromo e non Rio Mare..
E poi ho aggiunto 5 gallette nel post wo per ricaricare di carbo. Ora ci sono anche con le calorie.. Cosa ne pensate?
