Salve a tutti, ho 20 anni sono alto 177, e peso 65kg . sono magro ma ho un odiosa pancietta, che non riesco ad eliminare. Vado in palestra da 2 mesi,prima d'ora non avevo mai fatto attività fisica. dieta:colazione caffe e biscotti, pranzo pasta 100gr con condimento vario,frutta . Spuntino frutto o succo, cena carne o mozzarella con contorno di verdure cotte o insalata, e frutta. datemi qualche consiglio su cosa posso fare per migliorare la situazione
