Ciao a tutti, leggo spesso che il mangiare poco e male butta il metabolismo sotto i piedi. Se io ad esempio assumo 2400kcal invece di 2700kcal, a parte il perdere peso, il metabolismo mi rallenta comportando quindi un repentino aumento di peso nel momento in cui assumo 2700kcal?
Vorrei capire come funziona, grazie.
si parla di diete ipocaloriche abbastanza basse di calorie e tenute per tanto tempo.. l'esempio che hai scritto tu non c'entra nulla. cmq cerca nel forum se ne già parlato..chiudo
