        for MARCLONE

        IF YOU WILL READ THIS.
        YOU 'LL UNDERSTAND.

However, the fats we seek to get rid ourselves of -- those in our fat depots -- are not the "easy" ones to be converted and used. The success of their conversion, or "burning," depends heavily on the hormones adrenaline and noradrenaline. These hormones' opponent and enemy, insulin, inhibits the "burning" activity. This is why, after a high-carbohydrate meal, when insulin secretion and its concentration in the blood are high, the release of fatty acids from fat depots (adipose tissue) is suppressed. And this is why insulin has a bad reputation -- unfairly so, because in the absence of high-carbohydrate meals, the problem doesn't exist.

To the contrary, during exercise or stress, when adrenaline and noradrenaline levels are elevated, the "burning" of fatty acids is increased.
THE BODY CAN'T CHANGE HIMSELSELF IN A FAST WAY, BUT THE ORMONAL SISTEM.....

misterx in pratica non mi ha risposto.
            gli rispiego la domanda.

actionmax, my question was another. i'm just a little bit concerned of a proteolithic-like adaption of the body, with a catabolic rebound after the ripping-diet.

but remember with even a meal rich of protein and fats and with no carbo a small secretion of insulin occours...

many people (like me) noticed that fatloss become more consistent by taking up slightly the carbo quote (distributed along all day, with low IG foods, to 'bout 100 - 120 gr / day) from the 0 carb plateau.
so every meal considered "rich of protein and fats and poor of carbo".
at the same time, you are in a negative caloric intake, and a glycogen deficit, so even the insulin goes on a little, that will make the nutrients goin'on the empty muscle and not in the adipocytes, a thing that's perfectly auspicable.

i think it's a thing that cannot be considered as an absolute, beacause anyone is different. the only thing to do is just try try try

              the problem is this....
there is a research about the "ESQUIMISI" PAROLA IN ITALIANO,a nordic population, that people eat protein and fat, and they never eat carbohaidrate.
they had never kitosis. this is strange.WHY?
              THE RESARCH DIDN'T KNOW YET.
THIS IS AN INEXPLICABLE GENETIC SECRET.
YOU SAY, YOU SPOKE ABOUT THAT.
BECAUSE, "THE ESQUIMISI" HAVE MADE A TEST, THEY ATE SOME CARBOHAIDRATE, FOR 1 MONTH, AND THEIR FAT INCREASING!!!!!
              LESS MUSCLE, MORE FAT.
              TO BE CONTINUED.............

the esquimisi have a major quantity of catecolamine, but when they changed their diet, increasing the CARBO ..........the catecolamine HAVE SUBSIDED.

ok, but remember the esquimesi (eskimo... better this ) ate in that way for GENERATIONS... and their body obviously adapted to that situation. not for weeks.

don't be so radical, even their diet contains carbo, don't think they live in ice tubes
i think they got milk, even lettuce or sea plants that can provide even a minimum amount of carbo in their diet.

                    PROBLEM

Before you consider a quick-fix diet to lose weight, consider some possible side effects.
"We live in a society where people want to be lean, but it's crucial that they also understand what's happening inside their bodies when they try some of these fad diets. It doesn't make sense to sacrifice general good health just to shed a few pounds."
Possible side effects of three popular weight- loss methods: Metabolife 356: Excitability and irritability caused by the presence of a stimulant. Long-term affects include high blood pressure, faster and irregular heartbeats and other circulatory system malfunctions.
Dr. Atkins Diet: Kitosis, a potentially dangerous acidic state caused by altering the acid-base balance within the body. This diet also eliminates carbohydrates from daily meals. Other side effects include calcium loss in women leading to osteoporosis, dehydration, kidney problems including kidney stones, nausea and long-term effects on the cardiovascular system.
Fen-phen: A chemical mix of drugs tricks the body and shuts off the appetite. Further investigation reveals a possible link between fen-phen and low blood pressure resulting in stroke or heart attack, and abnormal functioning of heart valves.
