      Diciamo che è migliore del burro. Tutto dipende cara Gyppy dai tuoi obiettivi. Giustamente è inutile fare un dolce con ingredienti "sani" anche perchè c'è il pericolo che non venga buono, e se viene buono non lo è comunque come la versione originale. Il fatto è che se si deve sgarrare allora che si faccia con gusto. E non cercando di mettere una pezza laddovè non si può mettere.
