ho lasciato i fagioli di soia in ammollo per 24 ore e li ho bolliti per mezz'ora... volevo chiedere quanti giorni si conservano in frigorifero? perche uno mi ha detto è come per le patate lesse che dopo 24 ore producono una tossina pericolosa, ma non ho trovato niente a riguardo in rete e sono dubbioso... a me andrebbe bene che si conservassero anche una settimana, cosi ne preparo mezzo kilo al colpo alla domenica e sto a posto.
