sisi lo so però siccome l'ho mangiata oggi in un panino voglio vedere in totale a quanto sono arrivato di kcal
e poi io ho letto il link che mi avete detto di darci un'occhiata, ora ho a disposizione il mio bmr, tdee e l'apporto iniziale calorico e pure il software MxBody. Adesso però non ho capito:
1) Non ho capito bene (anche avendo letto :S) come si fa a trovare l'apporto proteico e lipidico;
2) Bene, una volta che ho questi 2 apporti io non so veramente come formulare la mia dieta è quello il fatto che mi preoccupa :'(
