salve a tutti ragazzi...quesito semplice...secondo voi,secondo magari le vostre esperienze personali,è meglio cambiare quota calorica(positivamente in massa,negativamente in definizione)in una sola volta,oppure gradualmente?
quindi,supponendo che per passare da ''massa''a ''definizione'' io debba abbassare un totale di 800 calorie,dovrei arrivarci in un mese-un mese e mezzo?e poi mantenere quella definitiva fino a quando raggiungo il risultato desiderato?
