Salve a tutti amo i legumi , cereali e simili , e sono a conoscenza del fatto che questi , in primis la soia secca , hanno un'alta percentuale di pro , ma so anche che non sono "nobili" la mia domanda è , se si associano diversi tipi di legumi o cereali , si può ottenere pappa buona per i muscoli , rendendo le pro nobili ? Se si , quali devo utilizzare ?
