Assumi una 50 g di castagne (pesati da crudi) e aggiungi dell'insalata e pomodorini. Questa è la razione di carbo. Aggiungi una fetta di tacchino e dell'olio di oliva (oppure 15- 20 g di noci, ottime perché contengono tanti acidi grassi omega 3) per avere le razioni di prot e grassi.
