Non capisco il perchè assumere marmellata hero diet al mattino sia meglio in fase di massa dato lo scasro contenuto di Kcal e carbo.Grazieee
Penso sia una scelta personale..tra le marmellate è quella insieme alla rigoni migliori perchè contiene solo zuccheri della frutta e non aggiunti come ad esempio sciroppo di glucosio & co.
Poi non tutti usano marmellata.. Chiudo.
