salve ragazzi, ho cambiato orario di allenamento il wo lo faccio intorno alle 3, 3,30 e finisco verso le 5. prima non c'era problema visto che mi allenavo alla mattina pranzavo subito dopo. adesso non so come organizzarmi perchè ceno alle 7, 7,30 e finisco il wo alle 5, faccio vitargo e pro e dopo due ore ceno oppure cè qualche alternativa migliore? adesso sono in leggero cut, peso 80, 81 kg, altezza 1.75, età 22.
