Cerca sempre di mangiare una fonte proteica e di carbo per recuperare. Mangiati magari una bella insalatona mista con pro e olio di oliva, sazia abbastanza.
La frutta cerca di evitarla la sera, mangiala lontano dai pasti.
Secondo me, se mangi lentamente la fame un pò ti passa.
Subito ti sembra di poter fagocitare chissà che cosa, ma se dopo aver cenato senza strafogarti e aspetti una ventina di minuti vedi che il senso di sazietà si fa sentire.
Poi se proprio fai il pre-nanna: pro con latte o fiocchi vitasnella.
