solitamente dopo una sessione di pesi faccio una 30 di minuti di cardio a bassa intensita (7,7 km h circa) e qui è spuntato il mio dubbio. Sarebbe piu opportuno assumessi i carbo+whey subito dopo i pesi e poi torno a fare cardio oppure lascio i carbo+whey alla fine sia dell'allenamento in generale?
