mi serve un consiglio, di nuovo la mattina non sempre riesco a fare lo spuntino. Se i 100 gr di pane mattutino li sposto la sera a cena , cosa succede ? mi conviene aumentare le porzioni nei pasti o posso tranquillamente spararmeli la sera ? mi sembra di aver capito che la differenza la fa la dieta giornaliera non le ore dei pasti ( del tipo, se mangi i carbo a cena ingrassi!cose che si dicono in giro insomma... )
è l'introito calorico che fa la differenza, ognuno si gestisce i carbo come meglio crede poi. Sono argomenti trattati 1000 volte, forse con un cerca avresti trovato la risposta..
