    Aiuto dieta per aumento peso

    salve a tutti.. questo è il mio primo post su bodyweb.. volevo chiedervi se mi potreste postare una dieta per aumentare il mio peso.. sono alto 1,72 e peso 57, ovviamente sottopeso, dovrei aumentare di almeno 7-8 kg.. GRAZIE A TUTTI IN ANTICIPO

    Se vuoi puoi postare la tua alimentazione (con grammature) e, se non è totalmente da rifare, te la si corregge.
