Vi risulta che i giorni Low Carbo portano ad una perdita di Sodio e Potassio/Magnesio...per cui in tali giorni occoorre ingerire 3 gr di Sodio +1 gr di Potassio/300 mg di Magnesio e 1200 mg di Calcio..
A DIFFERENZA DI QUELLO CHE DICE LO ZAR(e mi scuso con lui)che preferisce azzerare il Sodio a favore del Potassio in tali giorni?
