Salve a tutti..sono nuovoooo e ho bisogno di voi :D
Allora ragazzi..scusate se finora nn ci sono stato ma in periodo di feste sapete com è cmq..ho rivisto un pò la mia dieta e ho pensato di svolgerla cosi
colazione ---- 1 tazza di latte + 2 fette biscottate + proteine(suppongo dovrei comprarle che faccio prima)
spuntino ---- 1 mandarino/1 mela/(1yogurt????)
pranzo ---- 100-150 gr di pasta + 0,5 etti di salame/prosciutto crudo/cotto
spuntino ----- 1 mandarino/1 mela/(1yogurt????)
cena ----- fettina/pesce + insalata
prima della nanna ---- 1 yogurt
ci siamo quasi????scusate ma sono un neofita un pò imbranato
