Ma dipende anche da che formaggio parliamo,ad esempio i formaggi freschi a basso contenuto di grassi credo li possa mangiare anche abbastanza spesso (sempre se rientrano nei parametri della tua dieta). A me piacciono tantissimo,peccato che da me il più "Light" che passano i supermercati ha 19g di grassi su 100 grammi Manx mi sa che vengo in germania e compro un pezzo di formaggio da 15kg e me lo porto qua
