Vorrei capire, con un giusto allenamento ed una corretta alimentazione, entrambi orientati in periodo di definizione, in quanto tempo, in media si dovrebe perdere 1kg di massa grassa, in quanto 2kg, in quanto 3 e così via?
Il periodo di definizione è consigliabile non farlo durare più di un tot di tempo?
Impossibile risponderti, implicherebbe assumere che tutti siamo identici, cosa che non è vera. Diciamo che, empiricamente, mezzo kg a settimana è un buon ritmo.
