Ragazzi, provate anche il nouvo tipo di tonno della riomare, mi sembra i tranci di tonno al naturale (hanno una confezione blu lucido/metallizato), sono praticamente la stessa casa del tonno moro, solo che due confezioni da 112g sgocciolato costanto quanto una di moro.

I valori nutrizionali adesso non ce li ho sotto mano, ma mi sembra sia sui 26 o 27 gr di pro x 100g.(come il moro)
C'è scritto che è cotto a pressione, quindi è molto più compatto del normale tonno in scatola.
X multi: Non mi ricordo in che super l'ho preso, comunque penso che sia piuttosto nuovo, visto che prima non c'era.
