Ciao a tutti, mi è capitato tra le mani un barattolo di concentrato di datteri, è in pratica un dolcificante (direi la cosa più dolce che abbia mai assaggiato). Sarà ad alto IG? Come lo vedete un 40-50g post wo in massa?
ma e' una polvere o frutta disidratata? comunque sarebbe una scelta ottima in una paleo/evo diet, in una dieta normale forse c'e' di meglio.
dipende poi quanti intendi mangiarne...
