Avete ragione pensavo di averlo scritto ma... Sono alto 172cm (un po' basso vero?) peso 78 circa massa grassa dovrebbe essere circa 18% (poco + poco -)
Secondo voi quante pro carbo e grassi devo assumere avevo pensato 1,9 gr di pro per kg, ma non so che percentuale di grassi e carbo devo prendere.
Per quanto riguarda la quantità di proteine direi di attestarti sui 2,0 gr per peso corporeo. Va bene così. Per quanto riguarda ancora i grassi e i carboidrati la loro quantità dipendono strettamente dalle esigenze energetiche che hai. Puoi postare la tua dieta ?
