Ragazzi è vero che per le fasi di forza si possono tenere praticamente bassissimi i carbo e alzare la quota di grassi??? In giro per il web vedevo diete per le fasi di forza con carbo quasi inesistenti se non a pranzo con un misero 80/100g per poi reinserirli in proporzioni molto maggiori nella fase di massa. Che ne pensate??
