ciao cosa il mio istruttore nella mia alimentazione mi ha inserito dopo l'allenamento la frutta con le proteine ed a cena la carne e 50g di pane, io avevo pensa nei giorni di allenamento di fare in questo modo: dopo l'allenamento proteine + maltodestrine ed a cena eliminare il pane e mettere la frutta tanto come carboidrati li assumo con le maltodestrine , voi che ne pensate? è meglio? o lascio come ha fatto il mio istruttore?
