puoi fare pesi (2-3 volte a settimana ma poi dipende da come è suddiviso l'allenamento) e finire la sessione con 20-30 minuti di cardio in fascia...secondo me è la soluzione migliore.
Ho ricalcolato la dieta :| e mangia si e no 600Kcal al giorno.. il che è 1/3 del tuo metabolismo basale (dovrebbe essere 1800-1900 ad occhio e croce) quindi direi che ti stai facendo solo del male e perdendo principalmente massa muscolare. Mangi 40 grammi di proteine al giorno e la dieta è incentrata sui carboidrati (basta barrette dietetiche!!)
