Una volta nel web avevo trovato un sito che conteneva delle tabelle nutrizionali che specificavano i valori nutrizionali del petto,coscia ecc..adesso se vado a guardare la composizione lipidica di 100g di tacchino mi da quasi 19g di grassi!!invece il petto(la stessa cosa x il pollo)ne contiene mooolto di meno!!In questo caso se dovremmo fare un calcolo delle kal,pro ecc...su 300g di tacchino ci metteremmo le mani nei capelli quasi 60g di grassi assurdo!!
