Ho letto qualche forum dove parlando di massa molti sconsigliano l'uso della metabolica(che tra l'altro io ho trovato ottima per la definizione)per aumentare di peso.E' possibile sapere i motivi per cui questa dieta è buona per la definizione mentre per la massa molto meno??Grazie a tutti!!

Logico naturalmente che l'insulina circoli sempre (si mangiano pur sempre le pro, che vengono trasformati in glucosio quando occorre , perciò.... )
