ho pensato ma dopo un allenamento per massa meglio 2 banane e affettato magro o un panino (o pane bianco)con affettati magri?o altro?
la mela è molto piu leggera rispetto alla banana.. inoltre contiene carbo a basso i.g. che permettono una tenuta glicemica migliore con conseguente utilizzo distribuito di energia.
