oki, allora quando ti alleni pranza il prima possibile dopo la palestra (magari ti prepari tutto prima e poi scaldi solo un attimo al micro) con una fonte di carboidrati ad alto indice glicemico e delle proteine (possibilmente veloci come gli albumi)...esempio di un pasto: 80g di riso+8/10 albumi...niente verdure e niente olio
Perfetto....ma come mai devo evitare le verdure?
Comunque alternative agli albumi quali possono essere?
perchè come i grassi rallentano l'assorbimento del cibo...dove dopo allenamento è bene che sia il più veloce possibile, veloci come gli albumi ci sono solo le pro in polvere, ma per stare su fonti solide va bene qualsiasi carne o pesce magro
