Ciao volevo sapere, per rallentare l'assorbimento dello yogurt greco, assunto prima di andare a letto, quali fonte di grassi potrei aggiungere? Avevo pensato a della frutta secca ma vorrei qualche consiglio da parte vostra per quanto riguarda la quantità!
Già e' lento lo yogurt quindi non ne hai bisogno, se invece deve rientrare nel intake giornaliero l aggiunta di grassi, allora puoi usare frutta secca/olio/avocado/polpa di cocco
