Ciao a tutti... cosa ne pensate di una colazione fatta da 2 tuorli sbattuti con un pò di zucchero e del pane per tirare su la crema? Ovviamente non tutti i giorni sono anni che non lo faccio... avevo pensato domani mattina di farla... dato che inizio a lavorare alle 6 e penso che mi dia la giusta energia... e poi gli albumi al posto di buttarli li posso abbinare
