dalla settimana prossima incomincierò a fare palestra, considerando che mangio già di mio bene, non mangio schifezze tipo merddonald ( ) o nutella , o cose simili, ma dalla mattina alle 8 fino alle 5 lavoro e con una pausa minima, quindi di solito a pranzo mangio un panino .... non è sbagliato mangiare ogni giorno a pranzo un panino?o basterebbe non mangiare la sera la pasta ( tanto non lo faccio mai ) o altro pane ?
