mangiucchio un pochino meno, ma poi mi gusto un bel pezzo di barretta (protein blast della natures best...alla vaniglia...squisita...meglio di un tender!)

il consiglilo di Body è ottimo spazia dalle labrada alle mesotech...anche le low carb della eas sono buone nn ostante i pochi carbs e la valanga di glicerolo...anche le twinlab low carb (sui 7-8g) sono ottime come gusti
